Everything was very good and rooms were outstanding and perfect. Its staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice. The location was particularly good and stunning, not very far from Mega Park Nightclub. I booked it many times and can recommend.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice and assisted me greatly. The room was both perfect and outstanding. The breakfast was full size, it offered variety of outstanding food.

The hotel: Nice, clean, close to beach. Facilities: Amazing pool areas, plenty of sunbeds. Balcony: Huge, with sunbeds, lovely in the morning. Staff: Helpful, friendly, sweet.

I recently stayed at HM Dunas Blancas for a leisure trip in Playa de Palma. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The room was spacious, clean, and had a large terrace with a stunning view. The staff provided excellent service and paid attention to every detail. I was impressed by the multilingual receptionists and the convenient access from the swimming pool area to the coast. I had a fantastic experience at HM Dunas Blancas.

Could hear people next door in bathroom, coughing etc. Noisy at night when drunken people about. Although very cheap evening meals restricted menu.

I am very pleased that spent two nice weeks at this hotel. If I will visit Arenal again - sure - I will stay in Dunas Blancas. Nice staff, good location and professional management in hotel. During two weeks I did not see any uncomfortable situation - all was fine.
